Perfect Alignment of Culture, Strategy and Human Resource


The values of any organization determine its culture. How people think, behave and work in organization reflect their values and culture. Their working styles and day to day decisions are shaped by these values. These values must be aligned with the organizational strategy to get desired output. But this does not happen in reality. If there is perfect alignment of corporate and employee values and corporate strategy, the output for the organization and employees would be outstanding. However, if there is discrepancy between corporate and employees values due to high performance culture, the negativity will prevail in organizational due to unwanted politics and cynicism at work.
